April, 2004: Finally, I've completed a "Confrontation" figure.  I love the sculpts that the Confrontation line offers
and I felt this guy was a good first, stand-alone figure (for I've actually painted some of the skeletons from the
line, but hey, those were skeletons).  After finishing the figure, using a shaded metallics technique, I felt that it
needed a good home and that's where the Hirst Arts background came in.  What is he guarding?  Why is he
guarding it?  
I intended to put this piece up for auction but my wife fell in love with it and (as some fans of my work may
know) once she likes a piece it gets tough to sell it.  So, it is now gracing our shelves.
